PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A drug used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy and radiation therapy and nausea and vomiting after surgery. Ondansetron hydrochloride blocks the action of a chemical called serotonin, which binds to certain nerves and may trigger nausea and vomiting.

INDICATIONS

Ondansetron is used to prevent nausea and vomiting that is caused by cancer medicines (chemotherapy) or radiation therapy.It works in the stomach to block the signals to the brain that cause nausea and vomiting.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

  • Shelf life: 3 years (36 months)when frozen.
  • Store the solution in the bottle upright at room temperature(20 C to 25 C) and away from light, excess heat, and moisture (not in the bathroom).
