PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Omeprazole is an effective medication to reduce acid levels in the stomach and treat a variety of stomach related conditions. It is a selective and irreversible proton pump inhibitor.

5-methoxy-2-(((4-methoxy-3,5-dimethyl-2-pyridinyl)methyl)sulfinyl)-1H-benzimidazole.

DOSAGE FORM

  • Vial: 40mg/10ml Intravenous.

INDICATIONS

Itis used to treat excess stomach acid in conditions such as non cancerous stomach ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), active duodenal ulcer, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and erosive esophagitis. Omeprazole works by blocking gastric acid production.
