PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Fluciclovine F 18 is a radiotracer used to help diagnose prostate cancer. A synthetic amino acid analog of L-leucine that is radiolabeled with fluorine F 18. It’s a positron emission tomography (PET) radiotracer.

INDICATIONS

  • It is usedfor positron emission tomography (PET) imaging to restage prostate cancer in men: 
  • Patients: Men with suspected prostate cancer recurrence based on elevated blood prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels after prior treatment
  • Imaging: Used to detect and locate suspected prostate cancer recurrence
