A medication used to treat a painful disease called gout, and to lower the levels of an acid called uric acid caused by different types of cancers, and to treat some types of kidney stones.

  • For injection: 500 mg as a white lyophilized powder or cake in a single-dose vial for reconstitution.
  • Tablet: 100mg, 300mg 

INDICATIONS

Allopurinol is commonly used to treat gout, which is a form of arthritis caused by too much uric acid in your blood and joints.

  • Shelf life: 3 years (36 months)
